1) Non-refundable application fees and deadlines are as follows: $30 for completed applications submitted no later than August 23, 2013, $40 for completed applications submitted no later than September 16, 2013, which will be the final deadline.
2) Each application must contain the following: I. Application Form, fully completed in capital letters. II. Proof of contestant’s date of birth. III. Non-refundable application fee (check or money order only). Emailed applications will not be accepted. 3) The application process may close at any time before September 16, 2013 should the number of accepted applications reach the limit. The announcement will be published online at: www.fhcfa.org
4) All applicants will be informed no later than September 23, 2013 whether the contestant has been accepted and of his/her exact audition date and time via e-mail. Important notes: Incomplete or incorrectly filled applications may not be accepted. By submitting the application, the applicant Agrees to All Rules and Regulations of the Competition. A breach of the Terms and Conditions by the Applicant or their contestant may result in disqualification of the contestant and/or withdrawal of the prize. Submitted documents will not be returned. Organizers may request photocopies of the contestants’ pieces.
