The Sanctuary has a seating capacity of 275.  Available instruments are a 1983 Hamburg Steinway C, an Allen 3-manual electric (MIDI) organ, and an 88-key Yamaha Clavinova keyboard. 

• $100 per hour for recording or/and rehearsing with Steinway
• $200 per hour for holding a concert with Steinway, organ, reception area, parking
